Nevado Palacios and Elizabeth Troyes are the driving force behind Finca Los Cedros, in La Coipa, San Ignacio, Cajamarca. Their vineyard, located between 1983 and 2100 meters, is where their Geisha reaches its finest expression. This year they presented a lot with a score of 89.20 points, crafted with anaerobic fermentation and a controlled 24-day drying process.

Their dedication led them to win second place in the Cajamarca Regional Specialty Coffee Competition, after having taken first place in 2024. Their consistency is evident in every cup. This batch offers aromas of jasmine, notes of honey and butter, a bright acidity, and a silky body.

A coffee that reflects the heart of its producers and the richness of its origin.
